MALVERN, Pa.-December 5--USA Technologies (OTCBB: USTT) announced today that it will hold its Annual Shareholder's Meeting on December 13th at 10 a.m. eastern time at the Chester Valley Golf Club in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Senior management will discuss plans for fiscal year 2006, and report on current performance and upcoming installations of its product line at many of America's leading companies.
